I don’t build training—I build performance ecosystems.
Training is a tactic. Instructional Design is the strategy behind it.
When organizations come to me with learning needs, I go deeper. I uncover the real performance gaps, identify root causes, and architect learning solutions that align with business goals—not just check boxes.
With over a decade of experience, I approach design as a discipline—not a deliverable. Whether I’m working with franchise systems, healthcare teams, or national workforce initiatives, my focus remains the same: build learning that drives outcomes and sustains impact.
Systemwide Integration
As the Instructional Designer, I worked collaboratively with several departments (Training, IT, and Marketing) to develop a system-wide training solution to support the successful integration of our proprietary assessment tool and home care software. This high-impact project was designed for franchise offices across the US, Canada, and Australia, and was recognized by executive leadership for its clarity, usability, and immediate value in the field.

Sales Training eLearning Redesign
To improve learning outocmes and engagement, I led a complete redesign of our Sales Training Program using an iterative eLearning development approach. The original content lacked clarity, interactivity, and alignment. The upgrade not only modernized the look and feel but also reinforced key sales competencies through scenario-based learning, interactive modules, and real-world application.

KPI Coaching & Dashboard Training Initiative
I led the development of a comprehensive KPI training initiative designed to help franchise owners and their staff understand and act on key performance metrics. The project included the creation of dashboard job aids, KPI definitions, and video-based learning.

Conducting Home Assessments Video Project
A hands-on training video that shows caregivers and care coordinators exactly how to evaluate a client’s home with skill, empathy, and accuracy. Using real-world scenarios, it covers safety checks, accessibility improvements, and quality-of-life enhancements—while modeling how to communicate with clients and families in a way that builds trust. The result? Assessments that lead to better care plans, safer homes, and stronger client relationships.
